EVENTS TYPES & FORMATS…
All events have separate groups to cater for all riders from novice to expert. Operating hours vary from circuit to circuit, and the number of groups can vary from event to event, but normally each group gets 6 to 8 twenty minute sessions on track per day.

All events include a live timekeeping service. Every bike is fitted with a transponder and rider groups are adjusted as required according to lap times. Live lap times are available at the circuit for all riders free of charge.

Some events also have an optional “fun races” – you can enter a race if you want to, or you can simply spectate – the choice is yours. These short races usually place at lunch time so that they do not affect the track time available. Please see the events/events details pages for more info. Note that specialist insurance is required for track days and for those wishing to take part in the fun races (see compulsory medical insurance below for more info).

TRACK DAY SUPPORT SERVICES…
Tuition, photos, on-bike video, technical back-up and a tyre sales & fitting service are available at every event. Please visit the options page for details.

COMPULSORY MEDICAL INSURANCE…
Insurance to cover the cost of medical treatment resulting from an accident on the circuit is compulsory for all track days (with any organiser) in Spain – no insurance = no ride! Standard travel insurance does not cover this, but specialist insurance is available cheaply – click here for details.

GETTING TO THE CIRCUIT…
The easiest way to get from the UK to/from a European event is to fly to a nearby airport and use a rental car to get to/from the airport/circuit/hotel. We recommend that you book your flights early to get the best prices – you will find a list of the nearest airports on the events/event details pages.
You can arrange your own car rental if you want to or we can arrange it for you – please see the options page for details.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS...
When you make a booking you will receive a confirmation and booking summary by email. Then, approx. 4 to 6 weeks before the event, you will receive another email with detailed instructions covering all of the elements of your trip (track days, bike transport, hotel, etc.).
